Pine Tops is set in 2 acres of natural woodland and fell-side. From here there are panoramic views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding mountains. Pine Tops is well situated for touring Lakeland; from Cartmel in the south to Derwentwater and Keswick in the north. All aspects of Lakeland can be readily enjoyed: fell walking, easy lakeside walks, stately homes and gardens and the unique Cumbrian villages.

Nearby sporting facilities include a golf course, schools for water sports and several locations for fishing and horse riding. The sunsets can be spectacular!
